Unfortunately I'm unable to leave a zero star review!!! Most of the office staff with the exception of a few are rude and act like you aren't very important. Being in customer service myself and being treated this way is very Frustrating. My eye appt was on Aug .17 of 2024 and here we are into November and still haven't received my new glasses. Have phoned the office multiple times and get different answers each time. Funny how you receive 50 emails about making appt to get your eye check up and then after they have your money$$$ NOTHING BUT CRICKETS.. I will be changing eye doctors ASAP... Would recommend to anyone who currently uses this place or is considering it to do the same!!!

since the office was sold to My Eye Doctor it is no longer the type of care that it use to be. It is now more like an assembly line, staff not as friendly, it's hurry up and get exam done pick out glasses and pay!

Been going here since they were in the old building...nearly 20yrs. Recently, the staff has ruined my visits. This has happened the last 2 visits in a row, and I won't be back. Need to call and tell them to stop the automated calls tell me I need an appointment, but I don't even want to call them any longer.
