Last year my central air went out after we bought our house. My home warranty quoted me a little over $1,300 out of pocket to fix it just for the coolant and this would have taken that company two weeks to fix. Since we had just bought the house and that price seemed high we decided to wait it out. Last summer was miserable for us. This summer I decided to have it fixed and gave Lemmons a call with the intention of just getting an estimate. Given what my home warranty quoted me, I had expected it to be costly. A/c went out during the night and Lemmons was able to come analyze and fixed in less than nine hours from the time called. Certainly a relief since it reached 80°in the house. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
