I’ve had mark out 3 separate times for plumbing needs and a roof problem, first off he is a very down to earth guy easy to communicate with and explains everything that is going on as well as working on long term solutions not just temporary fixing. Also very reasonably priced, breaking down material costs and labor so you understand what you are paying for.

We had a leak in the water line leading into our bathtub and shower. After failing to fix it ourselves, we contacted Mr. Kephart's company, recommended by a friend. At this point, we had been without running water in house for over two days. They responded about 10 minutes after we called, and they were able to be on site within three hours. Problems were promptly fixed, and the price was reasonable. Also, the price that that quoted before the job was begun was what was charged. I recommend working with Kephart Handyman LLC and plan to do more business with them in the future.

Amazing service, fast and very affordable. Provided quick service during an emergency pipe break and was able to get everything back in working order whilst explaining everything that was being done and why. Will be using again!
