This is a Family run Business and they will make things right! The problems that were going on sad to say was a distant family member that has been trying to destroy the business for his on benefit! They have been in business over 30 years and this last year has been a nightmare because of the deception of this person! It’s a shame and sad that someone would damage some one’s livelihood like this! I recommend John’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning because they are good honest people and have fair prices they also want happy customers! We had water backing up in the basement, called them and they were at the house within 30 mins. I was so impressed with the work that they did. They were my Jesus and Moses today. They saved me a ton of money and a ton a stress. They were even tolerable of the two boys curious what they were doing. Thank you so much much. We can't express our appreciation enough.
I've been using John's for at least 15 years. They always do a great job and have helped me out of some crappy situations (pun intended). John has always taken care of my family, offers great service for a reasonable price. He has always been pleasant to deal with and even made an emergency call for me on Thanksgiving. I would recommend him to anyone looking for sewer or drain service.
