Frankie and her team delivered an excellent service for my wife's funeral in a time when I was distraught. She was only concerned about what my family and I wanted out of the service. She was equally professional and empathetic. I would recommend Jackson Lytle & Lewis to my friends, and will use them again in the future when the time comes.
Two of the most influential people in my life chose to have their funeral services at Jackson, Lytle, and Lewis. I had the honor of speaking at my grandmother's funeral. Before the service, I went in to see her and placed my hand on hers while praying. I got make-up on my hand and then on the fabric in the casket. Frankie came in and corrected my mistake. She didn't make me feel silly or like an inconvenience. The team at Jackson, Lytle, and Lewis did an incredible job. Cassie’s kindness, compassion and professionalism was so appreciated by our family when it came to planning my father’s funeral. Her sensitivity made the process of making final arrangements much easier than expected. She saw to every single little detail and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She made sure we understood that we could contact her at anytime with any questions or requests.Every interaction with the staff at Jackson Lytle was comforting to our family and for that we are very grateful.
