⚠️ : there are grammatical errors as I did voice to text mostly and I'm not able to go down and correct these errors. one of them was if Great clips were a movie the casting director would get an oscar. After my last visit, I was hesitant to come back to Great Clips, but the young lady that cut my hair today, did an excellent job!! I know your business has a somewhat high turnover rate, but she's an employee that you need to keep on staff. I didn't get her name, but I'd like to thank her for a Great haircut.

I've never left with a bad haircut, I've never had to wait a long time and the staff is always great. When there is something I would prefer to be changed mid-cut I act like an adult and say something, rather than sitting quietly and then complaining later on the internet.
