From our visit to their showroom with Zach Stacy to swift installation with a week, followed by professional installation by Trent and Cody, everything went smoothly and quickly. Zach always answered phone and texts for any questions we had. During the installation, Trent and Cody would pause work for heading checks or show us options for our approval before proceeding. We have a radon system, so two floor drains had to be operating but also closed if not needed. We worked with them to jointly decide on pop-up drains which are attractive and operate when needed. Trent and Cody were even able to lay flooring under the fridge and washer and dryer without any issues. They happily addressed any questions or concerns we had, plus were always on time!
