Needed weekend repair they were able to get there same day and diagnosed problem. They didn’t have part but gave advice to keep pipes from freezing and was put as soon as part arrived and got it fixed and working fair pricing.
Detmer & Sons installed a new furnace at my house and did a fantastic job except for the gas leak that almost killed me. I was very sick every single year when the furnace was on but didn't think it was that being that they are professionals and a brand new furnace. Finally, I called them about it and they stated that it would cost money. The furnace was only 3 or 4 years old. So, I let it go not realizing it was leaking gas and that was what was making me so ill. Three guys had come to my house stating there was no gas leak and I sniffed it out when the last guy came and he tested it and yes there was a gas leak. It almost took my life. In a way it did. I was sick for 3 winters. I was buying two filters per month thinking the furnace was just dirty. I thought I should give a review in case someone else goes through this.
The technicians were very polite and courteous. They came to do preventative maintenance on my furnace and my AC. They did a great job and explained to me what they did and checked all of the hoses and fluids. I was happy with my appointment. I will continue to call them for all my heating and cooling needs! Thank you
