The Assistant manager (missed getting his name) and Kailey at the America’s Best in Springfield, OH are absolutely great! They were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional while also making a tough for me appointment a blast!! My husband and I appreciated them so much!
Kailey really worked hard to make my experience special. She was attentive, & went above & beyond to care for me. The whole staff was welcoming & attentive from start to finish. The manager Michael came over & helped give his opinions on the styles of frames. Best eye exam experience ever. Thank you America’s Best!
I was leary about zoom examen with doctor. I found that, that was not needed. Micah. the tech did great job examined my vision that Doctor had what she needed. The staff was friendly and service was great too. I recommend the Eye Mart Vison to other people. Thank you very much. Marie G.
