Our neighborhood was very pleased with the work Rick and his crew did. He was able to meet me on a Thursday and measure 10 driveways . That was on a Thursday ! On the following Tuesday the crew came back and did 4 large driveways, then the following few days they completed the remaining 6. I just visited this salon for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed with my stylist! It had been approximately a year and a half since my last haircut, and my hair was about midway down my back before today. I had my stylist give me a short cut - I believe it’s called an inverted bob, or maybe a lob with layers. My longest layer is about top of my shoulders. She was very helpful by cutting a big amount off and then slowly cutting more to make sure I was ok with the length and layers. She was incredibly patient and did a BRILLIANT job with my hair!!! I even purchased products when I was finished, which I almost never do. I will definitely be visiting my stylist again to get my hair done! <3 sooo happy with my experience at Holiday Hair!

But I have always loved this place they literally do magic but besides their expertise every last employee they're just exceptionally kind and caring and understanding. They go above and beyond. To infinity and beyond really. And I say this because for the past 3 years I've had major major life upsets health problems and not only have they listened but they have helped me and immeasurable ways. They treat me like a human being; which is so rare to find not just in Springfield from everyday people but from businesses. This morning I got a Great haircuts and great conversation from Mickala, a beautiful young lady with an equally beautiful soul. She showed me compassion as I said and treated me like a person when most don't because they don't understand my CHF. They tell me to get a job etc but this is not about me this is about Miss Mickala and I have to mention the wonderful perfect staff. Add this for a movie I would praise the casting director because everyone in the store is exceptional what they do and they also are just genuinely great-hearted people. It's nice to know that even though Springfield is getting worse and I don't mean just the streets I mean the businesses. But it's heartwarming to know that no matter how bad things get I'll always have a home here at Great clips on bechtle in Springfield Ohio. I should also mention I am on the autism spectrum. I feel like communicate here because I feel super comfortable, where is other places I feel uncomfortable because besides this congestive heart failure which equals monetary failure. Lol. I have so much trouble and other places due to my autism but here I'm just like anyone else you know besides the whole pajama and house issues. Sorry this is turning into a sappy novel but it is all true of course I was not compensated but I might not have much longer to be on this planet and I want the people that have always been kind to me to know I truly appreciate your non-biased treatment of me. So I can be a handful to say the least I really appreciate your cool calm and collective demeanor towards me and you're Great haircuts and you're above and beyond professionalism just pure good heartedness. So we should all take notes from the book of Great clips on North bechtle and because again you don't know, no one does, their last day on this revolving globe. So treats everyone with respect no matter if they have a million dollars or one penny to their name. Because God created us all equal. And I will say you can go to some fancy schmancy haircut place or you can go to Great clips on Excel and get that same haircut and color for half the price but without the uppity attitude. So my point is bring the whole family because they can cut women men's kids dogs hair probably too just kidding. Bring the whole family out or treat yourself and while you're at it pick up some of their bomb hair products. Suffice it to say I love the store and the people

Better than last year, we had an issue Me and Husband , Manager was more than willing to listen to me and she took care of the problem which was really awesome because I was really hesitant about starting my membership up again . I had to have Joe come out after another plumber didn’t do the job right. Joe was punctual, efficient, and very professional. He checked and double checked that everything was perfect before he left. The plugged main line reared its ugly head at 1 AM, sewage pouring into the basement. By 10:30 AM the same day, Rob was onsite, tools in hand, ready to help us recover our holiday weekend. Not only was he one of the few professionals willing and able to come out first thing on a Sunday morning (on a holiday weekend no less), he delivered unbelievable value and quality with the work he did. In less than 24 hours, we are back on our feet with a fully flowing septic system, and a brand newly installed external clean out. Overall a great guy to work with, and I highly recommended him. We called after our supplier said we would need an electrician before our power would return. Cires arrived maybe 30 minutes later, assessed the issue, and had everything fixed within an hour. Really came in clutch when the earliest other companies told us was three-four days. Thanks again!

We were starting from nothing. Carver Lawn Care came, designed the landscape beds, helped with plant choices, prepared the beds, brought in all the landscaping materials and placed the plants with great precision into the beds and topped everything off with mulch. We are very pleased with everything. We hope to have some additional planting done elsewhere on our property sometime in the future. Thank you for taking such care to do everything right.

Brilliant Gardens came through in a way I didn't think possible. We had an area in the backyard that used to contain a pool. The pool was removed but the area around it was left to become overgrown and ultimately overwhelming. We had an idea that maybe we could hire a company to help inspire and execute a vision. We had several out ranging from the insanely expensive (this will take 2 months and our earliest available is February) to the "economical" (we can hammer this out in a weekend).
After meeting with Dylan it became clear that neither of the above were in his vocabulary. Sure he will do a 10 level hardscape design with water and fire features if you want, but he provides his own expertise and counsel on what he feels will look best and create a cohesive design that fits in the space. We bet back and forth on some general ideas until we committed to a formal design. From there, it was amazing. I couldn't really "see" the design concept in my head even though I had a printed plan in front of me. I had a hard time visualizing the space in 3D. Once we got things going, it become apparent quickly that this space would be something special.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and I had almost no words for the finished product. I never had any idea MY backyard could look that good. The quality of work, the ethic of his team, and the true professionalism of the company was the most significant value proposition. There are a LOT of landscaping companies. However, there are very few companies that treat you like their most important client at the moment. When they arrived, their focus was solely on ensuring the project was completed with excellence. I am talking laser levels, squares, and millimeter adjustments on each and every brick and paver. Not only was detail top of mind, but proper base preparation was a critical portion of the project. After a thorough search and numerous quotes over a 12 month timeframe, I chose to go with Natures Own for a retaining wall and patio replacement project. It was a large project that included the removal of an existing retaining wall and patio. They also installed the wall 10ft further away from the house which required significant excavation. LA Tree service was on our street cutting down some trees for neighbor when husband asked if they would dump the mulch in our yard. He then asked for estimate on some dead trees in our yard. Lorraine (daughter of owner) gave us a fair price for 3 trees to be cut down, walnut tree branches trimmed and 4 stumps ground up. They came the very next day and did all that work very, very efficiently. Everyone of their workers stayed busy and did a pretty good job of cleaning up the debris. The actual climber was the busiest of them all....climbing the trees, immediately trimming the branches and cutting the logs. Lorraine did all the tree stumps at least until she ran into a metal pole embedded in the stump; who knew that was there.Everyone was courteous and respectful of our property. She even cut the river birch branches into the specific sizes I wanted and helped stack them so they wouldn't get mulched accidentally. We would certainly call them back!

Best dentist office in Springfield! Dr. Zhang is a Harvard graduate. She and her entire team are very personable. Gentle dentistry with no lectures. Great with children or adults.
Friendly, on time, very clean. Hygienist was gentle but very thorough. Dentist Kerri spent time with me and answered all my questions. Definitely glad they’re my dentist office.

Now they are a dentist that uses the newest technology. They are very friendly and polite as well as very family friendly. Now when you go they will do things above and beyond of a normal dental work. They are updating there technology all the time from the x rays to cleaning your teeth. Now the friendliness it is top notch with great service.
The ointment was fantastic, the cleaning didn't really hurt and dr. Scott Phillips was really funny and chill.

Love Springfield Pediatric Dentistry , the staff is always so helpful. Also the envoirment is nothing but clean and kid friendly. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be a bad experience for children, we just need more places like this.

They saved my special girl from a lot of unnecessary pain. They were as gentle, honest and direct about her condition as possible and gave me options, of which I disliked all. In the end, they explained procedures and answered questions. They have cremation services as well. I'm grateful they told me in time to save her from continued pain and discomfort.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Campbell and his staff, our Chocolate lab had a really bad infection in her leg, she's diabetic so it was bad. He took great care of her, got her on the right insulin and she's doing great! Thanks for being patient with us with all our questions. I brought one of my cats in for an emergency exam because he ate plastic. Dr. Campbell was very informative. After that visit, one by one, I brought in my other cats for exams and found they had health problems that were undiagnosed due to the lack of experience of my other veterinarians. I know my animals are well cared for, and I feel like I'm a better pet owner!
We were looking for a dog groomer closer to home when we found Angie. We have 3 different doodle's,a Labradoodle, Bernadoodle and a Golden doodle. Angie has been great and groomed all 3 beautifully. She takes her time and she is great with working with our schedule. We are so lucky to have found her!!!

Zach is truly amazing. His technique is different from other massage therapists but now I'm hooked. I use to think deep tissue massage was the only way I'd ever feel better, but a persistent neck and shoulder tightness just wasn't going away with my other visits to massage therapists. Zach's technique finally made it so I could turn my head and he also rid my hand of a persistent pain I caused when cutting up some metal for a kitchen remodel. I didn't think that would ever go away! Though I was a little dubious at first of his methods, he has converted me to his way of massage. His demeanor is calm but he is also very good at letting you know what he's doing and the reason for each move. His transitions are amazing and comforting and his draping is the best (which I feel is imperative to a comfortable massage environment). If you are a deep tissue fan, give Zach a try. You will be surprised at how he can alleviate your stress and pain with his non-invasive techniques. If you're not a fan of massage because of sensitivities to a hard handed massage, Zach is definitely your guy. Regardless of your personal preferences I am now a true believer that had I not found Zach, I would still be experiencing the same pain, which is now at a maintenance level rather than a debilitating annoyance. His sessions are further enhanced by the subtle music and his calm, quiet presence. It's so nice to feel like he is involved in my session and seeks to help rid me of life's complications, at least for the hour I'm there.
My therapy experience was amazing! Just “floated” for 60 minutes in one of the float pods and it was very relaxing & therapeutic. I was nervous about it, but no need to be. Water temperature was just right, I’d guess it was about 95° or so. Spa music was playing in the background. Very helpful & friendly staff. Nice and clean facility. They provide everything you need: towels, head support, spray bottle, earplugs, comb, mirror, etc. Really nice shower stall with spa-quality body wash & shampoo/conditioner provided. I will be going back!
