I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this experience. I made an appointment online to get my hair color touched up and was able to book it, no problem. The morning of my appointment, the lady who serviced me texted me that she was running late, as she forgot her hair bag. At first I was like ummm not my problem? But, I have been in the salon service industry before so I decided to be thankful that she updated me and I arrived a few minutes later as she requested.
