I was watching my friends house while they were on vacation and the air conditioning went out. I called Universal and talked to Ashley who did a fantastic job in getting a tech out to the house within an hour. Alex showed up and did a great job in diagnosing the problem and explaining what the issue was. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and my neighbor's unit is working once again. Just want to give a big thanks to John and his staff for a job well done. I would highly recommend them for anyone having any a/c or heating issues. Thanks again John for treating customers the way it should be.

OMG!!! Clay and Griffin were great at customer service!! So friendly and answered all our questions!! They spent all day, on the roof even, taking out our 40 year old furnace and installing a brand new beautiful one!! Great experience with two guys who know what they are doing!!!
