This is our 2nd time working with Rick. We had a minor plumbing issue several years ago and he was both responsive and fixed the issue quickly. Fast forward to now, when we had a much larger issue with our hot water heater. We gave him a call and he was able to come out that day to diagnose, temporarily fix the issue to get us through a couple days until he could replace the hot water heater. He walked us through our options - higher capacity tank versus tankless - and helped us make the right choice for our family size and consumption.
