They are extremely efficient and they have most of your frames & lenses in-house. Everyone is so helpful and they explained what they offer and what my insurance company exactly covers! They were also very supportive and helpful with my adult children, whom both have a form of Autism Spectrum Disorder! We are never going anywhere else!! Thanks guys for everything!“

A recent visit to the office had a situation where Dr Miller was called on a medical emergency. The staff kept us informed every step of the way, accomodated those who needed to reschedule, and continued with other things they could be doing with patients while waiting on Dr Miller to return. When you are one of the best in your field, these things will happen, and if I were in that emergency situation I would also want Dr Miller. The staff didnt take anything for granted and handled the situation well and made the best of it. Excellent job I thought.“

“This practice has been very helpful for our family. I dearly miss Dr Eckhardt. In the meantime, Dr Timmerman’s sing song voice has been a staple. About 2 years ago, the practice acquired Dr Heng. I have 2 children and also need vision a prescription. So, I visit this office 3x each year. Dr Heng has become my favorite provider at this office. She automatically explains everything, and is quick to understand and explain anything. Recently, she commented on a relationship of medical diagnoses and related daily medications to the eye and sight. I hadn’t written the medication on the sheet. Dr Heng asked about medications, I told her, and she immediately responded with info about how that childhood medication also effects eye development Amazing!!“

Everyone that I spoke to and helped me along the way way kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. I worked with Kathy to pick out the best glasses for me. She was patient with me as I choose around 20 pairs and tried them on. Jessica was great to work with as well. She adjusted my glasses several times until they were the perfect fit and was kind each time. Both of these ladies are a true treasure to work with as I got my first pair of glasses!“
