I have a yearly contract with Mr.Comfort. The technicians come and check the heater before it gets cold to make sure everything is working and the same for the AC.

Woke up today to 80+ degrees in the house!! I know absolutely nothing about HVAC. Got online and sent a service request into Mr Comfort. I’ve never used them before but have heard nothing but good things about them. Within 20 minutes I got a callback from the very friendly office lady (can’t remember your name, sorry). She asked some questions about the problem and, to my surprise, she said, “we can have someone out today between 5 and 7 if that works?” Of course I said yes! It was approximately 1:30 pm. At about 3:40 I got a text saying that Zach was on his way. He got here about 10 minutes later. He came in introduced himself, asked a couple of questions and got started right away. It took him all of 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, he immediately told me what the cost of the parts was going to be and was finished with the repair by 4:45. He then went over the repairs with me, showed me the results of some tests he had run and explained what those results meant. I can’t imagine a better experience!! Thank you Zach! Thank you Mike!
