Several other electricians (both small businesses and large scale corporations) have not returned our calls. However, Dan from Entec returned my call within an hour of me leaving a voicemail.He was very professional yet personal, at the same time. Dan, Jay and Jamie all came out.It was great to have them all 3 here (and honestly very neat to watch their dynamic) because on top of their obvious experience & knowledge as electricians, they played off each other's strengths while conducting the walkthrough. For instance, when it came to things like the actual electrical work, aesthetic appeal, mounting and safety they all offer amazing insight on how to best do the job.I know it's not typically used to describe your electrician; however, the way these guys function as a unit reminds me of Ecclesiastes 4:12 when it says, "a cord of three strands is not easily broken." :)Again, we're very impressed with these guys and even more now that we were able to talk face to face & onsite. We are looking forward to them starting this job, and already know that after this is complete, we will continue to call on Entec Electric, LLC for any future electrical needs.------------[Edited/Added 04.10.2019]Just a small sample of the amazing craftsmanship and skill that we experienced with Entec Electric, today. These guys work hard and are extremely efficient! On top of hanging multiple televisions and hiding wires, they also replaced many outlets and wall plates that were incorrectly installed by the previous owners, of our home.Most importantly, they protected our home by updating and installing all new Smoke Detectors. They put the new Detectors on regular height as well as high ceilings and on various textures, too. They hardwired all of the Smokes and hooked them all up with battery backups.Of course we don't ever plan on having the alarms sound, it's nice to have the protection on all three levels and especially in all the children's rooms.Thanks, Entec for your excellent work and for helping us protect our babies!!!!!!! :) ???“

He identified the root cause which was a broken wire and corrected the issue. Also repaired a gcfi outlet issue on another circuit that was impacting our deep freezer.“
