I am grateful the docs knew how to fix my retinal detachment- no small miracle. However, the office is disjointed, usually behind with long wait times that would be acceptable if I felt my concerns were their concern. I was told by a staff member I was being seen for a cataract surgery (at my annual exam -- before the doc had even examined me!) Happily, I didn't follow thru on that right eye surgery because after the detachment in my left eye, I did develop a real cataract in that left eye . Dr. Kopp and the CVP Physicians group have always been professional and competent since I started going to them 7 years ago. In fact they were the ones that found my brain tumor 7 years ago. Consequently I now have glaucoma for which I see Dr Kopp for. She's always energetic and positive. She is a straight shooter with information about my condition. She doesn't hold back anything. In fact I think of her as the energizer bunny. I feel confident that she has my best interest all the time.
