“We cannot speak highly enough for Doug’s heating and plumbing!! Our water heater went out and was covered through a rental program with AWHR and they referred us to Doug’s. I was skeptical at first due to the fact that we live in Tiffin, Ohio and Doug’s is in Elida (near Lima), an hour away!! I called on Wednesday morning and they were there Wednesday afternoon!! Noah, the service tech was very polite and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Doug’s to anyone!! They get a 5 star from us!!“
