I had the best ever online shopping experience with Ukebug. Barb and Greg are both sweet and professional people and I will have no hesitation to buy from them again. First, They have a wonderful collection of ukes, I found my stunningly beautiful and unique (IMHO) uke there . The website is esthetically pleasing and easy to browse around. I love the well shot and multiple angel images of "each individual uke" they put up on their website, you can also hear sample of how each uke sounds. They also go extra mile to pen in personal description of each uke they sell. And most impressive of all is I received a personal email update from Barb after my purchase, with photos of my uke being worked on by Greg, so I know exactly what is happening to the uke I bought while waiting for it to arrive. I was being updated through out the whole process and truly felt like a VIP! I highly recommend Ukebug!!!
