Ron just installed our new septic system. This family was on point for the whole experience from start to finish. I was completely informed and kept up to date of the “behind the scene” process before the install. During the install Ron and his son was very professional, answered ALL our many questions, and also cleaned up their what looked like a “disaster of a mess” to me. They were extremely caring of our property and home. Ron, thank you to you and your family for all your hard work and dedication. You guys definitely made us feel like we were important and helped us be comfortable with something unknown to us!

I needed to get the septic changed and decide go with Sergeant and Sons. They are great people to hire for this job, they made sure all the paperwork was in place. Highly recommend this company for your excavation projects. Very professional and knowledgeable. Meghan was very responsive with our scheduling and reminder of our appointment via email. Ron came to our house when he said he would and within days from giving us our quote, our driveway project was complete. Not only did he & his crew do our driveway perfectly, he also discussed how to eliminate our yard from flooding and did what needed to be done. Excellent pricing and the job done is better than we expected. Will definitely be contacting this company for any future excavation projects.
