Amazing people had a great time only thing I didn't like, my nail artist rushed through and burned my fingers as well as didn't apply my acrylic all the way and I had some pop off

I’ve been here a few time. Staff were very impatient and not friendly when asking for a design. The polish was smudged on one nail and the tech wouldn’t stop sighing and then telling me the rest of the service I needed to “be more careful”. Then I was charged $20 more than the listed price for the service. Will not be returning.

I Clearly communicated the desired service for my young daughter. I verbally asked for a basic manicure and basic nail polish. They did more than I asked (gel polish) and I was charged $40…. more than double what I expected ($15-18). I sat in the waiting area and did not hover to oversee or I would have noticed it and stopped them. My daughter said they did NOT ask her if she wanted gel. They should have asked me even if they did.When they told me the total I was shocked and reminded them of what I asked for. It was busy and hard to communicate.
