We really appreciated their service for snow removal when we were out of town. My city fines you if you don't remove snow and being out of town we needed Eden to complete our task
We have opted for their snow removal for the second year in a row. First snow of the season and we get a text today advising that it’s double the our cost. I might understand 10 dollars more but I think it’s a ridiculous business practice. It gives you no time to prepare and answer and it feels like your stuck between paying something you weren’t prepared for it being stuck.
Contractors were great. Very professional but there was a billing issue that is being resolved. Very quick response when I brought up the issue and got it addressed within an hour or so
