“I took a free class Club Pilates have to entice new members. Here I am, 64 yrs old, out of shape, and have fallen twice in the last two months. I'm in sweatpants from work, an oversized T-shirt and I check in. They were very nice. I waited with two other young ladies for a class to finish. We were ushered into class and began. The teacher was gracious with me as I explained my injuries. She never pushed me beyond my endurance throughout the class. What was probably easy for the younger two, I struggled with, but I managed. I'm sorry if I don't remember her name, it was quite unique. Rest assured, if you were concerned about coming here and being overwhelmed by the exercises, do n't be. I made it through and I am no testimate to health. Lol When it was time to leave, they explained the cost of the classes, no pressure to join. And they didn't treat me like crap when I left and didn't sign up. Pilates is not for me. But if it's for you, this is a great place to go.“
“The staff is exceptional. Kind, caring and so very helpful. My PTAs are incredibly knowledgeable and the massage therapy team is exceptional. I can’t recommend this group highly enough!“
“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.“
“Pretty sure this was the best massage I ever experienced. Kristen was amazing - hit all the problem areas. Definitely recommend!!“
“Beautiful studio, friendly instructors. Class packs make it more affordable than other group pilates classes in the area. Recommend!“
“Inspiral Motion is a great studio. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have done Gyrotonic there - Sarah was my instructor - it was amazing! The exercise did wonders for my body and my golf game. I would highly recommend Inspiral Motion.“
“I love this studio. There are many different types of classes and levels to choose. Offerings include TRX classes, Reformer sculpt and flow classes, chair work, barre work and mat work. Frequently, many of the above offerings are combined into one class. All the instructors are nice, experienced and helpful. I have an unlimited yearly membership and plan to renew next year. People who think you don't get a workout from Pilates or strengthen your muscles are sadly mistaken. Pilates builds long, lean muscles which is an added bonus.“
“In three words, I would describe The Turning Pointe fitness (Pilates reformer) as “tailored to you.” Katie Maurer checks in with each student, even in a class setting, to determine issues and needs and then tailors the class to each student. I have been doing the class for 14 years with Katie and I attribute my muscle tone, balance and body awareness to her. I started out as a beginner. It was tough and I stuck with it. I am glad that I did. At 66 I am still challenged by the twice weekly workouts (like personal training, only in the company of others.). I highly recommend The Turning Pointe to anyone seeking improved health and fitness.“
