I really liked Dr. Gonzalez but the staff is terrible! You make an appointment, they ask you to come in 15 minutes early and then you wait for at least 45 minutes to see the doctor. Their scheduling is the worst. I finally got fed up and walked out. They sent me a letter via FedEx stating they would no longer see me. What a blessing that was!!!!! I wasn't planning to go back anyway. I found a new eyecare provider and had a complete exam done in 45 minutes - the same amount of time I was waiting to see Dr. Gonzalez - and never did see her. Clarkson Eyecare has closed their Beechwood office and sent their clients to the Independence office. They have now closed the Independence office. I would guess they are losing patients due to the extensive wait times to see the doctor. If you are looking for a good eyecare provider - do not use Clarkson unless you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to an hour for your appointment.“

Maybe this company should really read the reviews. I saw another review about the man that works there. Very unprofessional, very hurry up and get out of here approach to providing services, and completely is the reason for 3 stars. If it wasn't for the Doctor or the lady, I would give 1 star. I asked the man for my eye prescription, he had to have gone in the computer and deleted my dam prescription values.. how do you give a patient a half eye prescription? I'm definitely going to call my insurance company and make a complaint. I'm entitled to my full prescription. No it did not occur to me to check, why would I, I have never had an eyeglass place do this. Its my information not his. What's wrong with this man? This was my first time there. He rushed me placing my order for my glasses and then rushed me when I picked up“
