Recently engaged Tom Steinbauer for the second time in about four years. Tom is very responsive, takes care of details, is professional yet compassionate. In a difficult time for family it is comforting that Steinbauer is there and attentive to our wishes. Thanks
Steinbauer handled my brother's wake and funeral with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dan was our point person and could not have been nicer to work with. He made home visits to my parents as we were planning, he showed extra compassion to them, and handled everything the way we asked. The staff worked with us on any special requests we had, welcomed in an abundance of food that was dropped off for services, and (Dan)stopped by my parent's home after the funeral. Several years ago, Tom Steinbauer handled preparing my grandmother who was driven to Chicago for her services.
