I took a free class Club Pilates have to entice new members. Here I am, 64 yrs old, out of shape, and have fallen twice in the last two months. I'm in sweatpants from work, an oversized T-shirt and I check in. They were very nice. I waited with two other young ladies for a class to finish. We were ushered into class and began. The teacher was gracious with me as I explained my injuries. She never pushed me beyond my endurance throughout the class. What was probably easy for the younger two, I struggled with, but I managed. I cannot remember the last time I had such a positive customer experience.A few months after having my daughter, I took a trial class and really enjoyed the instructor and facility. A few weeks later (July 2022), I hesitantly signed up for a promotional 'membership'. I say hesitantly, because I worked an hour away from Solon 1/2 of the week and the idea of trying to balance the commute, work, new baby, and scheduling workouts seemed difficult. I thought this was a 1-month trial at a lower class count for the month, so I figured what the heck.Almost a year later, I noticed I was still being charged. So glad I started Pilates. Love the location and the people. Jen has been so friendly to me and accommodating when I haven’t been able to make classes because of emergencies.Alaina is the best teacher by far! Very informational.
