I have been patronizing this Salon approximately 7 years. Anna does a great job when she is not distracted being the receptionist. The prices were increased during COVID, which I understand. After COVID the hand sanitizer which was water down and the spotted pixie glass have been removed in addition everyone has gone back to subpar general cleaning, sharing brushes, drill attachments, not sanitizing their hands or cleaning the station after the patron has left I wonder why is the price still elevated. Salon needs a good overall cleaning. Hire a receptionist

I had a wonderful experience! Mai took care of me. I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. I got a gel pedicure and I did a dip manicure. She was very fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I highly recommend Broadmoor nails and Mai!

my mom and i've been going to Broadmoor Nails & Spa in Solon since 2021 and absolutely LOVE this place!! <3everyone is super talented and friendly! and the quality of work is consistent throughout the salon teamplus, we've seen them make multiple upgrades and improvements to the salon and business over the years! they definitely listen to their customer feedback.some of the changes (since 2021) include:- text reminders for appts.- diff colors available regularly- new pedicure and manicure chairs- rewards / loyalty program!of course -- i always book with my gurl Ashley :) her almond shape slays my life!! she knows like every color AND she can do some impressive... read full review
