Ran by shady people, tried to warranty my subs and every time I came they would make up another excuse as to why they couldn’t, not to mention the called and every time before I showed up and they’d let me get there and then make another excuse as to why they couldn’t. Genuinely better off just ordering off their website. Would expect a little more considering I’ve spend thousands at this store, won’t be returning

Is their anybody here who actually works for American bass after 4 emails, 6 calls and was placed on hold for 40 min bob still hasn’t gotten back to me. After I spoke to some lady today about just sending me a refund since their is no ETA for when he will have any subwoofers in stock even though his website states they are in stock I’m over it. I definitely do not know what is so complicated about calling back or emailing me back, bob said he would call me today and nothing I just want my money back at this Point in time will definitely not be doing business with them any more.

I placed an order last week online, at the end of purchasing I got an online error but shortly after money was taken out of my account. It has been troubling trying to get them on the phone and when I do I get hung up on. One lady told my fiancé that I had a order, called back with the order number the next day and was told that it was an invalid order number and not in the system. Fighting with them to get my money back and I’ll never by another product from them ever
