Do not place an online order worst experience I have ever had . Company took my money and to date has never shipped my product or provided a refund . Even had to open a bbb claim and still no traction at this point it's blatant theft . Stay away good product poor representation . If you want American bass go into a box store and pick it up personally or risk losing your funds .

Ran by shady people, tried to warranty my subs and every time I came they would make up another excuse as to why they couldn’t, not to mention the called and every time before I showed up and they’d let me get there and then make another excuse as to why they couldn’t. Genuinely better off just ordering off their website. Would expect a little more considering I’ve spend thousands at this store, won’t be returning

Is their anybody here who actually works for American bass after 4 emails, 6 calls and was placed on hold for 40 min bob still hasn’t gotten back to me. After I spoke to some lady today about just sending me a refund since their is no ETA for when he will have any subwoofers in stock even though his website states they are in stock I’m over it. I definitely do not know what is so complicated about calling back or emailing me back, bob said he would call me today and nothing I just want my money back at this Point in time will definitely not be doing business with them any more.
