“WARNING. PLEASE READ.
So I was going to highly recommend this place, in fact, they did such a good job, and encouraged my daughter to get her first ear piercings and congratulated her when they were done, that I was extremely pleased and am still giving 4 stars for that. With that, I was a bit suspicious as to why the earrings themselves were so cheap, being supposedly titanium. Well, I found my answer after... I think just a week. I was wondering why her ears were so inflamed and why she was hurting so bad. I also wondered why my neighbor's kid (though they recommended this place) got her ears infected so badly that it left scars. Turns out, they are only very lightly plated titanium, if they are titanium at all. After just a week, they started getting rusty and her ears were swollen twice their size. I took a picture of the earrings, and while it's hard to tell in the photo, they are faded and rusted. I immediately had to dig up some of our white gold earrings and she has improved significantly over night. So, they are very good here, but I don't recommend keeping the earrings that it comes with until they get better products. I know sometimes it says it, but this review was made July 6th of 2024. I won't be getting anymore piercings through them unless my son wants his ears pierced, so I won't be able to improve this review if they improve their products. Again, it's just the product that's the issue, not the people. The people were wonderful.“

“Little place but it has all the right products. The staff was very nice. It's my go to place for the product I use and the prices are really good ?“
