“Very good experience with these folks! This company installed a whole new HVAC system in an older house we purchased. They did a great install and provided high quality Carrier Equipment at a vey reasonable cost. Today was our first service call to them in five years. Our AC failed yesterday evening, it was supposed to be in the high 80s today. They squeezed us in, Service Men came out around noon, determined the problem, they had parts on the truck. We were back in service! The part was covered under the Carrier 10 year warranty. Wow, so impressed.“

“My daughter is new to the area. While waiting on a call back from a plumber in Galion, we called Kirby Plumbing and Heating. Got a call back within an hour. Jason came and fixed 3/4 of the multiple plumbing issues the next day. The only reason he couldn't complete all of it at the time was because we added an additional issue to his already long list! Came back 5 days later and fixed the last issue. The repairs were very affordable (under what we anticipated and budgeted for, in fact) and he was friendly, professional and polite. We will absolutely call again and recommended him to family in the area. Wish we didn't live 2 hours away or we would use him as well!!“

“Dave and Mike did a great job installing vinyl floor in both my bathrooms. They did much more than they contracted for, fixed a tub spigot and a toilet float with no additional cost. They filled the floor beneath my washer and dryer and replaced the poor dryer vent with all new PVC fittings. They did much more than promised for the agreed price. I will use them again!!“
