He arrived to our home within 30 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem and have the air conditioner up and running within 15 minutes! Derek is very knowledgeable and professional. “Very good experience with these folks! This company installed a whole new HVAC system in an older house we purchased. They did a great install and provided high quality Carrier Equipment at a vey reasonable cost. Today was our first service call to them in five years. Our AC failed yesterday evening, it was supposed to be in the high 80s today. They squeezed us in, Service Men came out around noon, determined the problem, they had parts on the truck. We were back in service! The part was covered under the Carrier 10 year warranty. Wow, so impressed.“
