“It’s always risky to get your hair done at a salon you don’t know. I was in Ohio for a couple of days after Christmas and was desperate to get some highlights cleaned up before returning to work in Canada. I googled area salons and the reviews for Salon Jia Li seemed positive so I called and was given an appointment with Shelbi the following day. Today I took a chance on a young cosmetologist at a new location in Elyria. It was hands down the best experience I have had at a salon.

I gave her full control and did not look in the mirror once. When she turned the chair I was so emotional. The staff was incredible and they just jumped into my moment with me. I don’t think that I will ever be able to put into words the emotion that I had and they were just simply amazing!

The vibes in there are incredible and I’m fully confident that I have found a new salon!
