“I recently had a hip replacement surgery with Dr Stanfield i cannot say enough good things about Dr Stanfield and his staff!! The Dr was positive and my husband and i felt immediately at ease he answered all my questions and concerns! Eric was also so incredibly positive and professional! The office always got back to me with any questions and concerns! I had my surgery at Beaver Creek surgery center in Amherst and they took great care of me! Kaitlyn rhe nurse navigator was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind! Bethany the nurse was there when i got there right up until i left she was encouraging positive and so kind!!! The pt Julie was so helpful and u felt very safe with the staff! Kaitlyn checked up to see if i needed anything!!! When i went to my post opp appointment yesterday again such positivity from Dr Stanfield and Eric! I also want to thank Mary and I think her name was McKenzie or Makayla sorry can't remember! I was recommended to Dr Stanfield from Brandi at Uh and im so glad he did ny surgery! It has been a long road and i will continue with my exercises and PT! But i feel so positive! Its hard when you can't do simple things so i feel very hopeful!! Thanks again to you all! My husband and I are very grateful for the professionalsm kindness and positivity!!; thankyou for giving me my quality of life back!!!! Im improving every day and again thankyou so much!!!!!“

“When I found out my order was being sent back and I could not figure out why, I called the phone number but the office had already closed a while ago (EST vs. PST). By morning on the west coast another package was already on its way. That in itself was fantastic. Then during our correspondence figured out that they were sent to the wrong address and by the time I got off work another package was on its way to the correct address. “I recently had to give blood at the Cleveland Clinic Amherst branch, and as someone who always gets anxious about needles, I was not looking forward to it. However, Ashley G. turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience for me into something surprisingly pleasant and stress-free.

When it came time for the needle, I turned my head away, bracing myself for the usual uncomfortable prick. To my astonishment, before I even realized what was happening, Ashley cheerfully announced, "I'm done!" I couldn't believe it – the process was over before I thought it had even begun. Her technique was so smooth and pain-free that it left me genuinely in awe.
