“When we purchased our old home, 18 months ago, we knew we would need significant work on the HVAC system. Not only did we need new mechanics, but the second floor had duct work that made it impossible to walk from one area to another without ducking down to walk under the existing ducts. Brian was able to design a system for us using the eaves of our home to reroute the ducts on the second floor and make the rooms usable and the heating and cooling efficient and effective. He also designed a 2 zone system that allows us to set the temperature separately since we don't use the 2nd floor often.

“Friday 12/30/22... right before holiday weekend our hydronic heat system failed. I knew it came down to the circ pump, and actually had a replacement on hand. However, decided to let a pro install and check stuff just in case. House heating isn't a big deal in these conditions right now, but no hot water is. BD from Lucas found out after swapping the pump that there were a number of other component failures that caused the circ failure. These I verified. BD rushed to get the necessary parts here at the last minute before supply places closed and got it installed... including a real spacial headache part. Kudos for the great work late on a Friday.
