Today I took a chance on a young cosmetologist at a new location in Elyria. It was hands down the best experience I have had at a salon.

I gave her full control and did not look in the mirror once. When she turned the chair I was so emotional. The staff was incredible and they just jumped into my moment with me. I don’t think that I will ever be able to put into words the emotion that I had and they were just simply amazing!

The vibes in there are incredible and I’m fully confident that I have found a new salon!

I was in Ohio for a couple of days after Christmas and was desperate to get some highlights cleaned up before returning to work in Canada. I googled area salons and the reviews for Salon Jia Li seemed positive so I called and was given an appointment with Shelbi the following day. I did not need a cut but I can say that Shelbi did a wonderful job on the colour of my hair. She took her time and the result is lovely, and just what I was looking for. “My friend and I visited the salon in June 2024 for manicures and pedicures before our vacation. I received the spa mani/pedi and she had scheduled the traditional mani/pedi. Alena and Michelle C. were excellent. They were on time, friendly, and experienced. I was concerned that I would nick my polish but Michelle already had a process to ensure everything was dry unlike other salons I've visited. My friend needed some TLC during the pedicure and Alena offered suggestions on avoiding some of the nail issues she was experiencing. We will both return soon. Thanks Alena and Michelle!“
