Yorktowne Manufactured Home Community

Was a resident here for 6 yrs, from 2006-2012, go back to visit friends from time to time. Nice place to live due to being close to highways and shopping. Moved because I bought a house where I actually own the land and not just the home, also wanted a better school district for my children. Not sure how management is there now, but when I lived there they were friendly and the only complaint I had was about the condition of the roads because they were full of pot holes.

Clean and organized community unlike a lot of other parks. Friendly staff and the manager Vicki was awesome to deal with helping me get my paperwork done. Out of the 6 places I was looking at this was hands down the best!

We live in this community and absolutely love it. Vicki, Sue, and Ted (the staff) are wonderful. They are professional and take care of our requests and needs immediately. The neighbors that are immediately around our house couldn't be nicer. We are a few miles of the hospital, shopping, freeway, etc. We will never consider living anywhere else, that is if the existing staff stays here.
