From the moment, we met Chuck, our sales rep, we knew that we were in good hands. He was so knowledgeable and so likable and truly full of amazing ideas. The ordering process was super easy with him and he made everything so seamless. From being readily available to take phone calls with questions or just to communicate via text or email, he was always quick to respond.
Fast forward to this past Monday, our installation team showed up on time and could not have been more lovely at the first greeting.
