They offered same day service and 5 stars for going out of their way. Technician never showed up for a dishwasher repair and cancelled appointment. Scheduled an appointment with them to fix a broken dishwasher. Technician never showed up. Called to ask for an ETA, they said they’d call me back, and never did. Called back and cancelled appointment after they offered to rebook. Disappointed as I took time to work from home to be here.
