We had Matt come out to rid of some hornets we had in the front of our home. He gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way, and said he could relocate the nest to Mt Airy forest! Our biggest concern was that we didn't want the nest killed off since wasps are good for the ecosystem, and they weren't aggressive or territorial with us. So for Matt to call ahead and inform us we didn't have to exterminate them settled my soul on a whole 'nother level. He was very kind and came out early in the window that was given to us. Thanks, Matt!!! (Forgive my garden- didn't wanna get close to the nest)

We recently had our quarterly inspection and our inspector was nothing but professional. I was provided with a full recap of areas and items he noticed during his inspection, and additional measures he took to prevent future infestations. 10/10 recommend!Service: General pest inspection

Brain was my main contact when scheduling service for my mother in law who lives an hour away from us. Upon meeting him, that's who she immediately felt comfortable with (and she had met with several!), and wanted to hire. After speaking with him on the phone, I felt the same way! Throughout the whole process, he was always available and willing to do whatever we needed to help. He was extremely knowledgeable, and I never once felt like he was trying to "sell" us anything. Not only do I highly recommend them, I started using their yearly protection plan in our home!
