After researching countless air duct cleaning companies, I discovered many are either scams or don't have the proper equipment and expertise to clean the entire system to NADCA standards. Since I wanted a complete cleaning of my entire system from top to bottom, I needed to find a reputable company like Productive. Many of the other companies miss hard to reach areas such as return lines that are hidden between studs and floor joists. Some companies charge extra for return lines, which is ridiculous since these lines are unfiltered and accumulate the most dust! My service window with Productive was from 11am to 1pm, and to my surprise, Jake pulled in right at 11am and immediately introduced himself. He explained everything in detail and encouraged me to watch so he could answer my questions throughout the whole process. I must say, the techniques he used to acess the hard to reach areas was interesting to watch and the amount of dust he captured was incredible! I included before and after photos on some platforms. I noticed an immediate difference in air quality throughout the home with everything smelling so fresh and clean! My Dad always said "you get what you pay for" and to be honest, their pricing was on par with less reputable companies. Just had my ducts cleaned. The two techs were great! Clean, quick, and efficient. Plus they were patient as I wrangled my cats into a room they had completed so they could clean the office vents. Thanks so much, I should have had this done years ago!
