Julie is so caring and kind. How she groom's Benji on those 60 minutes blows me away.
We've been her end of week appointment for a few years. She is punctual, reliable with her appointment times. If she is running early which has happened, then we can get little Benji in so that Ms. Julie can begin her weekend.

When Mom brought little Benji two into be groomed for his first time, Ms. Julie found out Benji lives to be groomed. Blow Dryer is his favorite!

Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.“

“They are always so nice and treat my dog Luna well. I've been taking Luna there since October, every haircut she has got has been amazing. The staff really listens to what you are looking for in a haircut. They also let the dog play after the haircut. This works great for Luna since she doesn't do well in the cage. When I come to pick Luna up all the staff hug her and say goodbye. You can tell the staff really cares about the dogs and their well being.“

“I just moved to Cleveland and did not yet have a vet for my cats. One of my cats suddenly stopped eating, so I called Dr. Bedi because LoveNCare is the closest vet to me. I expected to be put on a waitlist or given an appointment several weeks out, but he told me to come in the very next morning! The office is clean and organized, we did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Bedi and his vet tech were professional, kind, and treated my cat very well. Dr. Bedi immediately identified the problem and treated my cat. He explained everything he was doing and asked me before adding any additional services. He also went over the bill with me before and after the visit! My cat will have a follow up appointment in two weeks, and I am confident that she will be much better by then. Thank you Dr. Bedi!!“
