We were a tennant, and we had to move due to renovation. As promised, we should get our deposit and rated monthly rent back one month after the move. While it has been three months no refund to us still. We were wondering what others think about this place, when they were in our shoes.

Do not move here , i have been here for 11 months and the people in the leasing office are terrible , especially Dawn , i made a appointment to see a more expensive apartment that is also owed by the same company , my appointment was cancelled by Dawn because she stated that i owe a past due balance which is a lie, so even tho i scheduled as a regular person and never mentioned i lived in another residence my appointment to see the other apartment was cancelled , as i told them on the phone the past due balance was a mixup which i did email "lotasha" about 2 months ago and i was told it would be fixed, 2 months later the balance was not fixed and now i can't look at a...read full review

This is by far the BEST management company I have ever rented from!! The maintenance guy's are outstanding.. i needed 2 drip pans for my stove, I got them the next day..the response is excellent!! I live in Shakertown & absolutely, positively, lovee my apartment & the location!! Butch & Kayla in the office at Fairhil, ROCK !!
