CHN HOUSING has been a Godsend.Theyve helped me pay my rent so I wasn't homeless and even walked me through the home buying process helped me apply for assistance programs for the down payment up to the closing.Lauren and Katie were a godsend.
I seem to be lost when I enter not many friendly faces and they talk to as if you've been there before...treat people better and speed up Noone wants to sit with you allday just for paperwork or questions
Have a lot of programs to help people. Slow, but who isn't. No one has enough employees to cover the workload of the needy and low income. We are all needing help, and they are a staple in the community. Property rentals, sales, home repairs, sewer crisis, rental assistance, energy efficiency, etc.
