“Like everyone else has said, Greg is awesome. He's a seasoned veteran in the HVAC business and gladly differentiates between truth and scam that some other companies will try to sell you on. Unfortunately, there are far too many HVAC contractors who have long ago stopped practicing the Golden Rule of serving others like they would want to be served in the pursuit of profits. Greg is like a breath of fresh air in comparison and full of integrity.<br><br>We have a private natural gas well and the nature of that is that it tends to burn hotter & dirtier than conventional natural gas would. Unfortunately, this tends to cause issues with furnace heat exchangers and our 9-year old Carrier unit was no exception to this. I met with 3 different companies before deciding what to do. The first was trying to sell a new furnace before the cover on the furnace was off. The second one was willing to replace, but I wasn't sold on the junior level tech that came out. After meeting Greg I knew he was the perfect man for the job and that there wouldn't be anything he couldn't easily tackle. I've added Greg's # to my phone and I'm sure we'll be working together again soon to get some maintenance items done! Thanks again!!“

“Had my ducts cleaned today by Duct Busters, which is a subsidiary of Gene's Refrigeration here in Medina. I've never had my ducts cleaned at any of my houses, so this was the first time. These guys took their time, were thorough, and they did it right. They showed me pictures of mold inside my furnace and dust inside my ducts and dryer vent. I had them clean it all out and sanitize the system. My furnace and A/C is 12 years old and leaking, so I will be replacing it with a more efficient heat pump in the future. For now, however, I got my ducts cleaned to help improve air quality in my house. The workers were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.“
