I told Dr Jennie and the staff about my nervousness and they were all so kind. Explaining everything they were going to do, telling me what to expect, checking in and asking how I was doing. I just had two fillings from childhood replaced and while it was not an easy task for them they did the most wonderful job. I would highly recommend this office in general but especially to anyone that is nervous. Thanks Dr. Jennie and Staff for helping me replace childhood trauma with much better adult memory/experience. I will see you in 6 months for my next cleaning!“

“I was in agony! I left a message on the vm this morning..they called me right away! They called in a prescription for antibiotics and met me at the office on a SUNDAY!!! Dr. Obermeier drilled a hole in the crown and put medicine in it. I have an extra root on the tooth so I have to see an endodontics for a root canal. I'm so thankful he saw me today!“

“In my honest opinion: The staff is very friendly and upfront with concerns and willingness to give you the best care possible. I have only seen Dr. Dan Houck as my dentist, he is professional with a sense of patient awareness. What I mean by that is he asked me about my comfort and suggested certain options to accommodate my personal care plan. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review, Is because over the past 6 years I have gone to Houck Family Dentistry. I have only experienced good quality service.“

“I hadn't been here in a couple of years mostly due to dental work being so expensive anymore. However, due to massive pain, i returned to what i knew. Well, the dentist and her assistant are both new to me but after today, I am sure to get to know them a lot more. I had tooth pulled and the dentist was awesome. She explained every detail before doing anything, including my need to know what the price would be. Amazingly enough, the extraction was fast and flawless. My next appointment will be routine cleaning and a plan to make me not have to worry about teeth anymore. Do i recommend them? YES!! I really liked the flow of what had to be done. They explained everything in detail. From front reception to checking out, it was a great experience. DAY AFTER EXTRACTION: healing nicely and minimum pain even after such a big job. I can think of zero negatives.“
