Marcus gave us a great price a new central air unit last year, September 2017 and we even upgraded to a half ton bigger than what we had and we couldn’t be more pleased!! They installed it within a few hrs! Great job and very pleased!! No problems! We recommend them to family and friends!! They even went out to my sister in law’s house this passed spring 2018 and put her in a new furnace! �

My mom had a crappy company put in an old ac and furnace unit and tried to pass it off as brand new. Charged my mom an arm and a leg. Dang thing kept breaking down they would come and put a bandage on it and next day stop working. My mom got fed up and found Lake Effect Custon Cooling and Heating. They came in and installed a new unit in the proper location and even gave her a warranty on it. I tell you what it's amazing how well it works. Im glad i no longer have to clean the old unit anymore it was aweful. Thank you guys for putting in the new unit. You guys are awesome and very professional. I will recommend you. Thank you for the hard work and making our lives easier. �%
