We had appointments made for 5pm pedicures, did not sit down until 6:30-- yes that's 90 minutes later, we were initially told "40 minutes behind" -- we even went and grabbed quick food and came back to still wait another HOUR. The pedicures were rushed, and although they did a good job, we then we were left to sit for a half hour to dry---no fans as previously experienced and no requested oil & plastic so we could put our shoes on --- asked TWICE for this so we could pay and leave--completely dismissed "with wait 10 minutes " while he was working on the next customer ----Ignored right up until payment. I have come here before, but because of this experience i will not be returning. And yes because they didn't put oil and plastic on, the nails are smudged. I get this is a business and you want to serve as many as you can for the $$$, but this is unacceptable treatment. I will NOT BE BACK.
All my nails and co workers nails turned yelllow with fungus! Right through the polish on toe nails and under the acrylic nails on finger nails. I went in and showed her she sent me to a nail tech . Said she would change the color to another , I was charged to change the shellac which I agreed to , same thing the next day YELLOW. She told me I did it somehow by tanning or getting the the pool ( I do not tan ) . Never had this happen ever and this was the only place I came to for all my nail services for years.
Went to Hollywood Nails in Sandusky and thought it was ok. They charged me $72 for a pedi and a manicure with polish . Went back 4 weeks later and was charged $92 for the sand service. Will not go back
