I was vacationing in the area when one of the domes from my hearing aid became stuck in my ear. I called local audiology places at Hearinglife was able to see me in under 30 minutes. They were able to get the dome out and checked to make sure there wasn’t any damage. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the audiologist (Maranda?) was professional and helped calm my nerves. Very nice practice, clean, and professional.
Very good experience from the get go. Great people there! I almost canceled over my own confusion over insurance but the receptionist helped me understand and was so kind and gracious. The tester was so young but VERY knowledgeable about what she was doing. Explained everything to me. Will return!
I was notified it was time to get my hearing retested. It was easy to make an appointment however it was a little bit much when the scheduler almost insisted I bring someone with me whose voice I am familiar with my appointment is 9 AM. There was nobody to bring with me and he reminded me twice during the call and then when we hung up that it was their advice to bring someone I’m familiar with hearing Other than that Mandy did a great job on the hearing test went quickly and she Provided me with options with information on each one. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
