HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Back in December (during below freezing temps) our furnace went out. Times were tough at that time because I was in the hospital for a lengthy stay for my son because of an illness and my husband was home with my other kid. They were freezing. As locals we fully believe in supporting local businesses. I made a Facebook post about it and shortly after I was contacted by Gundlach expressing they would like to help out with our unfortunate issue. They were empathic to our situation and felt strongly about dropping what they were doing to come fix it. They were able to temporally fix it while they ordered a new one. They put a rush on it and a day later they sent guys out to install it. Gundlach cares about their locals well being and I will forever be grateful for the wonderful service from each and every employee there!
We are VERY pleased with Gundlach. Our toilet broke recently. They got somebody out to our house within the hour. The problem reoccurred a week or so later, and again, Gundlach got somebody out the next day to completely fix the problem for good. Also, they were very fair about their fee charged for this work. We highly recommend Gundlach for their service, of which we're switching over to them from here on out.👍👌
Highly recommend! Our furnace died Wednesday night, we called first thing Thursday morning and we had heat right around 10am on Friday. Great service and house is warmer than its ever been!
