I had a fairly complicated roof replacement with flat roofs and the added factor of roofing a home that is over 160 years old. Firelands and Terry handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I contacted Firelands for a leak in my roof. Terry was able to come out and inspect the roof leak. He noticed a few other problem areas on the roof and we decided to replace the whole section of roof. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the job to be done and was able to get the work done ASAP. Very glad we went with the replacement as he found other leaks that hadn't caused any major damage yet.I would highly recommend using Firelands for any work that you need done.Services: Roof installation

I had water damage to the inside of the house from storm damage to the roof that was missed by the company who came out by the insurance company. Not only did they miss the storm damage they charged for covering the damages with a tarp but never put a tarp down. Terry came out documented everything and really set the record straight. I couldn’t have asked for a better more professional and staunch advocate for the customer. It’s hard to find people who will do right by you these days and Firelands Home Improvement will.
